Classes
The academic year comprises of 4 terms each 9 weeks long. Each class is 30 minutes long.
Payment of fees
Fees are payable strictly in advance of the first lesson of each term. Your liability to pay our fees arises upon the allocation of your child to a class. Your child’s place in any class is at risk should payment not be received before the first lesson of each term. Please make cheques payable to: AquaSchool Ltd
Missed Class by the teacher
In the event that your child’s class is unavoidable cancelled AquaSchool will either provide the class on an alternative date, usually at the end of term, or provide you with a credit on the next terms fees. For those children no longer going to attend AquaSchool a reimbursement of the cancelled class(es) will be made by cheque to you at the end of term.
Classes missed by your child
We are unable to offer any refund or discount from our termly fee for classes missed by your child, unless in exceptional circumstances. Such circumstances which may or may not be pertinent are at our complete discretion.
Changing Teacher
We reserve the right to appoint a new teacher at anytime and will notify you accordingly. We may, at times (without notification) need to provide an alternative teacher for a class or classes due to illness or for any other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation of Course
AquaSchool reserve the right to cancel classes should numbers fall to four or less per group.
Behaviour & conduct
Parents accept that their child is under their supervision, control and care of the accompanying adult. Discipline of the child falls to the accompanying adult. We do not accept responsibility for care of your child. The teacher may employ reasonable measures as are necessary to maintain the smooth delivery of the class. We reserve the right to request that your child should be removed from classes should they persistently disrupt or are seen to be putting themselves or anyone else at risk during the class.
