Levels Explained

At Aquaschool each course consists of 9 weekly sessions and each session lasts for 30 minutes. The cost of a 9 week course is £108.

Although the lessons are structured and follow a steady, logical progression through many different skills, our philosophy is ‘safety and fun’.

In this the 21st century it is an amazing feat that we are teaching babies at 3 months to swim a short distance under water. However the well being of each individual child is of paramount importance, never as parents and as teachers should we forget this whilst fulfilling our own expectations.

In order to develop and learn a child must feel safe and comfortable and experience trust. Every child is unique and we aim to cater for individual needs.

Sometimes the slower we go the faster they learn, along with word association and continual reinforcement each skill will be retained.
